Toolkit case: Delhi court sends Disha Ravi to 3-day legal guardianship

A Delhi court Friday sent environment extremist Disha Ravi, captured for purportedly being associated with sharing a "tool compartment" via online media identified with the ranchers' dissent, to three-day legal authority.

Extra Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Akash Jain sent Ravi, 21, to imprison after Delhi Police delivered her under the watchful eye of the court on expiry of her five-day custodial cross examination.

Police said that her custodial cross examination was not needed for the present and the organization may look for her further cross examination once her co-denounced—Shantanu Mukul and Nikita Jacob—join the cross examination.

Police said Ravi was sly during her past cross examination and attempted to move fault on the co-denounced. 

Mukul and Jacob have been approached to show up before the exploring office on February 22, the office told the court.

The guard legal counselor restricted the police supplication and asked the court to deliver Ravi. 

He further said that there was a misgiving of altering of the proof by police as the "case journal isn't appropriately made...and in volume structure. There's no ground to keep her in any care, police authority or legal guardianship. I (Ravi) should be delivered at the present time".

The court was likewise educated that the charged has moved a bail application which will come ready for hearing on Saturday. 

Last Sunday, the court had sent Ravi to five-day police authority, after it said her custodial cross examination was needed to test a supposed bigger trick against the public authority of India and to learn her supposed job identifying with the Khalistan development.

Ravi, captured by a Cyber Cell group of the Delhi Police from Bengaluru on Saturday, was created under the watchful eye of a court here and police had looked for her seven days' authority.
